TIC Gums has launched Nutriloid 7000, a hydrocolloid designed to boost the soluble dietary fiber level in a variety of soup recipes without increasing viscosity that can cause formulation problems. In addition to soup, Nu-triloid 7000 can be used in sauces and gravies. The new gum is part of TIC Gums’ Nutriloid series of gum systems containing naturally occurring hydrocolloids like guar gum, gum arabic and xanthan gum that yield high levels of soluble dietary fiber.
